Service
By signing up and actively using the gold-rewards.net program you agree to
all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. gold-rewards.net may,
at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and
impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be
informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary
contact email address provided upon signing up with gold-rewards.net. If any
modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this
agreement. Your continued participation in the gold-rewards.net program
following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our
site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
gold-rewards.net is an ENGLISH speaking site - We require that all members
read, write, and understand the English language. We require that all
advertising / promotion of Gold-Rewards be done on ENGLISH speaking sites /
forums. We do not endorse the advertising of our site on non english speaking
sites and your account is at risk if we should find you doing so.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our
program is open to International English speaking members except China, India,
Poland, Russia, or Vietnam, and is void where prohibited by local governing
laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up
process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple
times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with
another individual that has an existing gold-rewards.net account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may
change this information by logging into your account and following the "User
Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your gold-rewards.net account including authorization by you to any third party
individual who may use your account.
You must maintain a valid e-mail account when signing up with gold-rewards.net. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from gold-rewards.net. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or
blocked to messages from gold-rewards.net, your account will be terminated.
You must login to your account at least once every 21 days to remain a Free
active member, and once every 30 days for a Paid upgraded member. Members
must click at least four Paid links in 28 days. Inactive members will be
deleted without notice and your earnings will be donated to the site. Any
member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account
and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will
also be deleted immediately. Any member who does harrass or make threats to
the webmaster of gold-rewards.net will have their account deleted
immediately.
Cheating will not be tolerated on this site; if you are cheating you will be
caught and your account will be deleted without notice and all earnings will
be forfeit.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by gold-rewards.net be detected it may result in
member termination and possible legal action.
Program Owners:
Any Program Owner that requests payout whilst any of the sites in their group are
behind on payments, or are not answering support will have their payout requests denied.
If they request again before their sites are in order their accounts will be suspended
until such time that their own sites are up to date. Any members that have been deleted
for this will not be allowed to rejoin. Any program owner that has closed/abandoned their
sites without paying members or refunding members (for unused upgrades/aff pages etc) in
full will not be permitted to join this site.
Keywords/Interests:
We have several "bad" keywords/interests, (eg. Delete me, I cheat, I don't
understand english, Take my money ) this assists us in finding the members
that can not understand english. If your account is found to have one of these
keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search
allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts not from
search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted. If you use
AOL or a proxy server do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts
using AOL or a proxy server that have this keyword selected will be deleted.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving and reading paid-emails and visiting the
advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the
website provided by Gold-Rewards. Members must remain active, every member
must click at least four Paid links in 28 days. Failure to do so may result
in member termination with forfeit of earnings Members will be paid via
Paypal/E-Gold(6%Fee). Gold-Rewards will pay members when their balance reaches
$15 and they request payment. Payment will be made by egold only if sufficient
egold funds have been collected through advertising sales. Payments will be
made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. NOTE: Should gold-rewards.net
incur payment fees from payment processors they will be passed on to you.
YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF GOLD-REWARDS FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE
REQUESTING PAYOUT. Payments will be made after the earnings have been
confirmed. Anyone caught cheating will forfeit all earnings by them and any
earnings received from their downlines and their account will be terminated
immediately without notice. No explanations or excuses will be accepted. You
must be at least 75% as active as your downline to receive credit for downline
earnings. All existing members from China, India, Poland, Russia, Vietnam, and
Japan will be "ad only" unless you are a PAID upgraded member.
Points:
Points are to be used primarily for redemption for member advertising and
upgrades. Administration will periodically offer to redeem points for cash at
a value that will be adjusted according to site debt.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and gold-rewards.net are independent contractors, and nothing in this
Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales
representative or employment relationship between you and gold-rewards.net.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of gold-rewards.net. You may not make any
statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything
in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of
any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
gold-rewards.net will not be liable for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
gold-rewards.net program, even if gold-rewards.net has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, gold-rewards.net aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total
fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this
Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
gold-rewards.net and may result in legal prosecution. gold-rewards.net
strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and
lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for
Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that
may arise from the Spamming incident. gold-rewards.net may charge up to $5
per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate
termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same
computer also constitutes fraud. gold-rewards.net will file charges for
recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Advertising:
We do not accept ads from:
Sites that promote Hate , violence of any kind.
Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity or pornographic
content of any kind.
Sites that are owned by webmasters that use unfair or questionable ethics
towards members.

If u redeem your earnings for any of the advertising above it will be
considered a donation to the site...
Any member in violation of this Terms Of Service Agreement risks deletion.
